B/ C.C.G.D. – Conditions of Confidentiality and Data Management

B01. Security of data collected – Commitment

 

We undertake to ensure the confidentiality of the data collected, and to implement all appropriate technical and organizational measures to preserve their security and integrity, in particular against accidental loss, alteration, dissemination or unauthorized access.

In general, we undertake to use the data collected in strict compliance with the legislation in force, and in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 relating to the protection of persons. with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, says GDPR.

As such, we:

- we host the data in France;

 - we only grant the use of data to those in need of        know;

- do not use the data for purposes other than those specified herein;

 - do not disclose the data to third parties, whether private or public, natural or legal, outside of technical service providers or cases provided for by law;

 - inform users of any violation or breach of security having direct or indirect consequences on the data and/or likely to accidentally lead to the disclosure or unauthorized access to data.

B02. Origin and type of data collected, associated purposes and means

Origin: end user with employee status
Type of data: geographical location (limited to the service time provided for by the schedule)
Purposes: detection and localization in the event of illness, fall, kidnapping or sequestration in order to facilitate rescue (R4512-13 and R4543-19 and Article L4121-1 of the Labor Code)
Means: AZIMUTS-OPS application

Origin: end user with employee status
Type of data: geographical location (limited to the expected running time of the service)
Purposes: localization in order to allow the allocation of resources in the event of absence or departure during service, the diligence to be carried out being located in dispersed places, and presenting a character that may be of an emergency
Secondary purpose: effective presence control when remote site.
Means: AZIMUTS-OPS application

Origin: any end user (employees, representatives of principals, representatives of subcontractors)
Type of data: notification dates and times, date and times of delivery and opening of messages in the application and in email address messaging software
Purpose: to ensure that messages and emails are delivered and taken into account with regard to the urgency or critical nature of the activity in general and its necessary adaptation
Ancillary purpose: control of the actual activity at the service time provided for by the schedule for employees)
Means: AZIMUTS-OPS application

Origin: any end user (employees, representatives of principals, representatives of subcontractors)
Type of data: dates, times and details of activities in the application
Purpose: to detect the misappropriation of information by persons not covered by the need to know.
Means: AZIMUTS-OPS application

Origin: end user with employee status
Type of data: Surname(s), first name(s), and documents of approvals, authorizations, training, professional cards, as well as, with regard to the sole needs of supervision of the principals of AZIMUTS HOMELAND SECURITY SERVICESâ„¢, working hours and results of audits and internal tests concerning him directly
Purposes: to allow the supervision of the subcontracting by the principals of AZIMUTS HOMELAND SECURITY SERVICESâ„¢ (Reg. U.E. 1998/2015 and A.I.M. of 11.09.2013.)
Means: AZIMUTS-OPS application

Origin: end user with employee status
Types of data: marital status, social security number, telephone number(s), email address
Purposes: operational, administrative and social management
Means: AZIMUTS-OPS application

Origin: end user acting as representative of an ordering party of the company AZIMUTS HOMELAND SECURITY SERVICESâ„¢
Type of data: surname(s), first name(s), position(s), telephone number(s), email address
Purpose: management of the operational, regulatory and commercial relationship
Means: AZIMUTS-OPS application

The following are considered to be collaborators: employees of the company AZIMUTS HOMELAND SECURITY SERVICESâ„¢, employees made available to the company AZIMUTS HOMELAND SECURITY SERVICESâ„¢ by its subcontractors, temporary workers made available to the company AZIMUTS HOMELAND SECURITY SERVICESâ„¢.

Are considered as having the quality of representative of a client: any person designated explicitly or implicitly by a client of the company AZIMUTS HOMELAND SECURITY SERVICES â„¢ as interlocutor in the follow-up and the operational and/or regulatory management and/ or accounting and/or commercial of the contractual relationship.

​

Are considered as having the quality of representative of the subcontractor: any person designated explicitly or implicitly by a subcontractor company of the company AZIMUTS HOMELAND SECURITY SERVICES â„¢ as interlocutor in the follow-up and the operational and/or regulatory and/or accounting management and /or commercial of the contractual relationship.

B03. Duration of retention of personal data

​

The personal data of AZIMUTS-OPS users are kept until their account is deleted, so that they can benefit from all the functionalities, except in the case where the latter are necessary within the framework of findings, exercise or defense of rights in court and within the limits provided by law.

​

Specifically, geolocation data is only kept for 2 months, and cookies installed while browsing the site automatically expire after a maximum of 12 months without consulting the application.

B04. Limit of liability

​

It is possible to access AZIMUTS-OPS via applications, software, and third-party operating systems not managed by AZIMUTS HOMELAND SECURITY SERVICESâ„¢.

AZIMUTS HOMELAND SECURITY SERVICESâ„¢ is in no way responsible for the privacy policy regarding the management of personal data of this software.

If you decide to access AZIMUTS-OPS via this software, you do so under your entire responsibility without the responsibility of AZIMUTS HOMELAND SECURITY SERVICESâ„¢ being engaged.

B05. User rights

​

By using the AZIMUTS-OPS application, you unreservedly subscribe to the Conditions of Confidentiality and Data Management.

​

In accordance with the law "Informatique et Libertés" of January 6, 1978 and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, users have an individual right of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, opposition and portability of data concerning them.

​
